I quickly called a face-off and assigned tasks to everyone and ! the event was a great success . not only did our sponsors have fun but more importantly the children were treated to an event that they would not soon forgetFrom that day on I realized that I was a leader and I also realized that I had the strength of character to step up when the odds are stacked up against me .
